dad...you're a discoball

Random bits from a single dad trying to not fuck up his son (too much) - or - The world's first non-DIY Dad Blog. - or - A guy in mid-life crisis trying to be the person his son thinks he is. - or - Exercises in not being (too much of) a sentimental or hypocritical douche.

Basically...I don't want to forget all this.

And true story: I use a lot of foul language on here. Shockingly, I don't with my kids.

Something that seems obvious, but should be stated...don't reblog pics of my kids,...that's creepy.

Oh and occasionally I post about off topic/non-parenting/non-kids things, mostly around food, crossfit and roller derby.

Editor's Note: I can be grammatically challenged at times. I usually re-read my stuff and make the necessary edits. I also admittedly overuse parenthetical phrases. If crap like that bugs you, my stuff may not be for you.
